Coroa presents new Millefoglie biscuit


Coroa, the Dallas Group's innovation and specialty food brand, presents to the market with the most awaited launch of the year: the new Millefoglie biscuit. - inspired by the traditional puff pastry from Verona, in northern Italy – in version of 180g.
Deliciously crunchy and with a delicate texture, the Millefoglie biscuit harmonizes the whole tradition of Italian confectionery in a thousand layers of puff pastry. In each of its folds, a thin soft veil radiates and envelops the palate with a light and sophisticated flavour. On the surface, a delicious sugar coating adds a classic sweet touch to the recipe.
To prepare the fine biscuit, the Dallas Group's Research and Development Center invested in the acquisition of imported machinery and for more than six months tested recipes to prepare a singular biscuit in the market. In the production process, the Millefoglie dough goes through a thorough leafing process that folds it 256 times making it thin, perfect for tasting in the best moments.
The new Millefoglie is now available for sale in boxes of 20 packages for small, medium and large retailers, wholesalers and distributors. Throughout the Midwest, Southeast and North of Brazil, the service is provided by Dallas Alimentos. In the South of the country, the Group serves by Germani Alimentos.
