Spaghetti to the Pizzaiolo

500g of Middle Spaghetti Germani;

2 spoons (soup) of butter;

1 cup (tea) of oregano;

5 tomatoes cut in slices;

Pricked olives (to taste);

400g of mussarela;

Salt to taste.

Way of preparation:

Cook the Middle Spaghetti Germani in boiling water, with salt to taste, until al dente. Drip and set aside. In a big pan, take to the fire the butter and the tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and let the tomatoes soften without undoing. Add the spaghetti and mix well. Remove from the heat, join the oregano and the mussarela in cubes. Mix, put in a heat-resistant plate and put it in the hot oven for 5 minutes to melt the mussarela.

Suggestion: Serve with a good red wine.
